Hornet GT with 20s but no red Brembos, what package is this?

Been checking out a 2024 Hornet GT and noticed it's got the 20 inch wheels but the brake calipers are plain, not the red Brembos from the Track Pack. Seller doesn't have the original sticker and the door codes aren't telling me anything useful. Anyone know if you could get the 20s without the Track Pack or if this car is missing something? Just trying to figure out what I'm actually looking at.

If that's the case, then the wheels are swapeed because as I know there's no package with that kind of combination.
