I bought a 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus in June and I'm already regretting it. My neighbor warned me about potential electrical issues and sure enough, mine started displaying random warning lights within the first month. Took it in twice and both times they said it was a software update. Now the infotainment screen freezes every other drive and the climate controls don't respond. I'm not sure how Dodge expects people to trust a car that can't even keep basic systems running. Has anyone had luck getting a full replacement under warranty or is it just more waiting?

Ugh, that sounds so rough. I've heard a few folks with 2024 Hornet GT Plus models having similar issues and software updates seem to be the main fix. I don't think full replacements are common, usually just extended warranty support

Buying a brand-new Dodge Hornet now is a gamble, customers are treated like beta testers, and no amount of warranty fixes can mask a launch plagued with software and reliability issues

Thanks for your replies. It helps to know I'm not the only one dealing with these problems. Honestly, feeling like a 'beta tester' sums it up for me, too. I have another service appointment next week and I'm planning to document everything in case I need to file a buyback claim. For those who have been through this, when did you decide to take the issue to corporate?
