Fogging tail lights

Weird find on my 2024 Dodge Hornet, I noticed some fogging in the taillight and turns out there are tiny cracks in the housing... but the car’s never been hit. No bumps, no accidents.it just showed up one day. Anyone else seen this with their Hornet? Thinking of trying the warranty route, but curious if this is known issue.

That's a strange one. it sounds like a manufacturing defect to me. definitely use the warranty given it just appeared out of nowhere, Let us know what the dealer says. Good luck!

Yeah, a few Hornet owners have noticed this. It seems like there's a common problem with some taillight housings cracking and fogging, but it doesn't really affect anythin. It's probalby a good idea to contact the dealer about a warranty claim since it should be covered

Have you checked this with the dealer? curious as to what they advised you. Seems like I'm seeing a hairline crack on mine but I haven't inspected it well yet
