theft alarm going off

I got a 2023 Hornet and the theft alarm began going off randomly a couple of days ago. But earlier today was worst as I got a lot of stares when it went on for probably a good 2 minutes! The bigger problem is that when it happens, I couldn't lock my car. Honestly, I can think of more electrical problems I've been observing but my energy can just handle one issue at a time. If anyone here knows how to fix the alarm issue, please let me know. I want to avoid taking it to the shop because it is my daily driver.

That's rough, especially with the alarm going off randomly, sometimes it's a faulty sensor or a wiring glitch..you can try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to reset it, or check if the key fob battery's weak first

Before heading to the shop, try checking all door and trunk seals for anything that might trigger the sensor, and maybe swap the key fob battery if it's been a while
