I changed the battery of my 23 Hornet GT and it was all fine. But noticed that it seems that it's not charging fully. Like before it can charge to 30 miles but now, it's only about 24-25? not sure what's going on. Anyone else who changed their batteries had the same issues? Thanks!

How many full cycles did the battery go through after you changed it? It takes a while before it calibrates itself and learns your driving habbits to give you a more precise range.

Similar question as @MigraineAttack.
When you swapped the battery, did you perform a BMS reset or any kind of calibration procedure?
Sometimes the car's battery management system needs to relearn the new battery's full capacity.
It might just be misinterpreting the state of charge.
They need a bit of time to balance out so give it a few more charge cycles!

Some Hornet owners have had charging issues after battery swaps especially if the system wasn't reset properly. Did you notice any warning lights or odd behavior after the install? Might be worth having the battery load tested or checking for software updates.
